I joined a CSA this year. Every week from the beginning of May until the end of November I will have fresh vegetables.
My goal is to add these veggies to our food each week. Sometimes they are hidden in various ways (a meatloaf made with ground chicken, spinach, and mushrooms) and sometimes there are very obvious (salads). This is my attempt to share my adventure with the rest of the world.

(The picture on the header of this blog is a picture I took in Beijing, China. I did not eat any meat while over there [never do when I am overseas] and this was a dish I ate quite a lot. When I asked what it was, I was told it was “local green vegetable with mushrooms.”)
